At Zhanes Sports, we're committed to bringing your favourite sports, sneakers or streetwear gear to your doorstep with ease. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Orders within India:

• Enjoy free shipping on all products within India.
• For international shipments from India, a shipping fee will apply.

ii. Expect your order to be dispatched and delivered within 7-10 days. Please refer to the product descriptions for any exceptions to delivery times before placing your order.

International Orders:

• International deliveries typically take between 10-18 days.
• The shipping cost will be calculated based on weight and the destination country during checkout.

iii. Our shipping process involves collaboration between vendors, logistics teams, and border controls, which may lead to slight variations in delivery times. Rest assured, we strive to minimize any delays.

iv. If you've ordered products from multiple brands, they may arrive separately within India, but for international orders, we consolidate shipments for your convenience.

v. Our delivery teams will make two attempts over four business days to deliver your purchase within India. After that, if undelivered, the items will be returned to the vendor. In such cases, you'll receive store credit or can opt to cover the re-shipment cost.

vi. A signature from the named person is required for all deliveries, so ensure you're available at your chosen delivery address.

vii. Unforeseen delays due to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, or delivery issues are beyond our control. However, we'll keep you informed throughout the process. 

viii. In the rare event that we can't fulfill an order due to unavailability, inventory issues, or other internal challenges, we'll promptly cancel your order and issue a full refund.

ix. For international deliveries, customers may be subject to customs duties upon arrival, if applicable. Please be aware of and fulfill any such obligations for a smooth delivery experience.
